Edwin Brondo is an associate with the firm.  Mr. Brondo’s primary practice areas are general civil litigation, products liability defense, employment and complex litigation matters.  Mr. Brondo is also experienced in alternative dispute resolution, having arbitrated and mediated many cases before various courts and other tribunals.  Mr. Brondo also has experience with enforcing copyrights and trademarks, drafting and negotiating business venture agreements and providing advice to businesses. 

Since joining the firm, Mr. Brondo has successfully litigated a number of highly complex cases, involving various areas and principles of engineering.  Mr. Brondo has a sound understanding of areas such as metallurgy, materials engineering and material failure analysis, which make him especially well equipped to handle cases involving such claims.  Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Brondo’s practice concentrated on automotive litigation and the defense of product manufacturers and dealers in breach of contract, breach of warranty and consumer protection litigation actions throughout the eastern United States.

Mr. Brondo graduated cum laude with a B.A. from St. Lawrence University, and earned a J.D. from Albany Law School, cum laude.  While attending Albany Law School, Mr. Brondo served as an Associate Editor of the Albany Law Review, was elected to membership in the Justinian Society, and was also awarded a Dean Sponsler Honors Teaching Fellowship.   Mr. Brondo is admitted to practice in New York, Massachusetts, West Virginia, Tennessee, the District of Columbia, and the United States District Court for the Eastern, Southern and Northern districts of New York.
