JOHN F. RENZULLI
John Renzulli is the founding partner of Renzulli Law Firm. Mr. Renzulli has a wide range of experience in nationwide complex civil litigation for domestic and foreign clients with an emphasis on industry-wide liability, class actions, product liability, toxic torts, insurance coverage disputes, municipal liability, professional liability, construction/labor law, commercial disputes, employment law and patent litigation. Mr. Renzulli frequently serves as lead trial counsel in the defense of major product liability cases and complex civil lawsuits nationwide.
Mr. Renzulli is national counsel to manufacturers, importers and retailers of firearms and ammunition. He also represents product manufacturers covering an array of industries including sports and recreational equipment, pools and spas, chemicals and pesticides, farming equipment, industrial machines and equipment, household products, food products, asbestos, lead paint, pharmaceuticals, compressed gas cylinders, trucking, tractors and lawn mowers. He counsels clients concerning product upgrades, recalls, retrofits and assists insurers in drafting policies and endorsements. He is also a frequent lecturer and author on product liability prevention for domestic and foreign product manufacturers and insurers.
Mr. Renzulli was one of the lead trial counsel in the nationally publicized trials of Hamilton v. Accu-tek (N.Y.) and NAACP v. A.A. Arms (N.Y.) and lead trial counsel in Grunow v. Valor (FL). Mr. Renzulli is licensed to practice in New York State and Pennsylvania and litigates in numerous state and federal courts throughout the nation.
Mr. Renzulli earned his B.A. from Bowdoin College in 1979 and his J.D. from New York Law School in 1983, where he served on the Law Review. He is member of the Defense Research Institute (DRI) and the Westchester County Bar Association.

CHRISTOPHER RENZULLI
Christopher Renzulli is a partner with the firm. Mr. Renzulli's practice concentrates on civil litigation with an emphasis on product liability, mass tort litigation, premises liability, professional liability and all aspects of insurance coverage disputes. Mr. Renzulli also has extensive experience defending class actions and claims involving aviation, municipal liability, false arrest, defamation, sexual misconduct, construction/labor law, escalators and elevators, environmental toxic torts and lead-paint and asbestos exposure. Presently, Mr. Renzulli manages the litigation for a commercial general liability program for retail stores in metropolitan New York and Connecticut.
Mr. Renzulli regularly appears in all New York state courts throughout the five boroughs of New York City, as well as Westchester, Rockland, Putnam, Dutchess and Orange Counties, and also practices in state and federal courts throughout Connecticut. Mr. Renzulli also appears throughout the country in state and federal courts and has appeared before numerous appellate courts throughout the country on a variety of issues.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Renzulli was an in-house legal counsel with a major insurance brokerage firm in New York City handling all aspects of insurance regulatory and coverage issues, including the drafting of insurance policies and endorsements, as well as general insurance defense litigation.
Mr. Renzulli earned his B.A. from Pace University in 1990, majoring in English and Political Science and was invited to participate in and completed the Pace University Honors Program and Alpha Chi Honors Program. Mr. Renzulli earned his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law in 1994.
Mr. Renzulli is a member of the New York State and Connecticut Bar Associations, and is active in the Defense Research Institute (DRI) and Professional Liability Underwriting Society (PLUS).
Mr. Renzulli is also very active in his community in Westchester County. He is on the Westchester Make-A-Wish Business Council and has participated in the Chappaqua Summer Scholarship Program. He is also a coach in his town’s soccer and baseball programs. Mr. Renzulli is married to Kristen Renzulli, also an attorney, and has three children, Ryan, Nicole
and Brielle.

LISA ANN ENOCH
Lisa Enoch is senior counsel to the firm. Ms. Enoch’s practice areas include general litigation, appeals, arbitrations, mediations, employment discrimination and drafting and negotiating contracts. After graduating from John Jay College of Criminal Justice magna cum laude with a B.S. in 1980, she earned her J.D. from New York Law School in 1983. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Enoch was Associate Vice President, Assistant General Counsel for a major securities investment firm where she litigated securities arbitrations and mediations nationwide. Ms. Enoch was also an Assistant District Attorney in the Office of the Bronx District Attorney. She is admitted to practice in New York and various federal courts and is a member of the Westchester County Bar Association.

JOHN V. TAIT
John Tait is an associate with the firm. His practice concentrates on civil litigation with an emphasis on construction/labor law liability, insurance coverage disputes and product liability. Mr. Tait also has extensive experience in securities litigation, class actions, multi-district litigation, antitrust, civil rights, insurance sales practices litigation, and intellectual property litigation. He has also successfully presented cases on behalf of national and international corporations before the American Arbitration Association, National Association of Security Dealers and the World Intellectual Property Organization. Mr. Tait earned a B.A. cum laude from Pace University in 1996. He then went on to earn his J.D. cum laude from Fordham University School of Law in 1999, where he served on both the Law Review and Moot Court Board. He is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey as well as several federal courts.

SCOTT C. ALLAN
Scott Allan is an associate with the firm. His practice areas include the defense of manufacturers, importers, distributors and retailers in nationwide litigation involving claims of public nuisance and negligent marketing and distribution. Mr. Allan also has experience in the defense of product liability, class actions and mass tort matters. Mr. Allan received his B.A. from Manhattanville College in 1997. He then earned his J.D. magna cum laude from Pace University Law School in 2000, where he was a member of the Pace Law Review. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Allan clerked for the Honorable John T. Elfvin, Senior United States District Judge, United States District Court for the Western District of New York. Mr. Allan is admitted to practice in New York and Connecticut as well as numerous federal district and circuit courts. He is a member of the Federalist Society for Law and Public Policy Studies.

JOHN A. TARTAGLIA, III
Mr.
Tartaglia earned a B.A. in History from University
of Vermont in 2004 and a J.D. from Hofstra
University School of Law in 2007. While at Hofstra,
Mr. Tartaglia served as a research assistant to the
former Dean of Hofstra Law and Co-Reporter for the
American Law Institute’s Restatement (Third) of
Torts: Products Liability (1998), Professor
Aaron D. Twerski. Mr. Tartaglia’s research focused
on developments in design defect caselaw throughout
the country since the adoption of the Restatement
(Third) and served as the basis for revisions to
the recent edition of Professors Twerski and James
Henderson’s casebook, Products Liability:
Problems and Process. In addition to his work
in the products liability field, Mr. Tartaglia
assisted Professor Twerski in several other projects
including his role as Special Master in the In re
September 11th Disaster Site Litigation.

EDWIN T. BRONDO, JR.
Edwin Brondo is an associate with the firm. Mr.
Brondo’s primary practice areas are general
civil litigation, products liability defense,
employment and complex litigation matters. Mr.
Brondo is experienced in alternative dispute
resolution, having arbitrated and mediated many
cases before various courts and other
tribunals. Mr. Brondo graduated cum laude
with a B.A. from St. Lawrence University in
2002, and earned a J.D. from Albany Law School,
cum laude, in 2005. While attending
Albany Law School, Mr. Brondo served as an
Associate Editor of the Albany Law Review, was
elected to membership in the Justinian Society,
and was also awarded a Dean Sponsler Honors
Teaching Fellowship. Prior to joining the firm,
Mr. Brondo’s practice concentrated on automotive
litigation and the defense of product
manufacturers and dealers in breach of contract,
breach of warranty and consumer protection
litigation actions throughout the eastern United
States. Mr. Brondo is admitted to practice in

MICHAEL R. PATRICK
Michael
Patrick is an associate with the firm. His
practice concentrates on complex litigation in
federal and state courts, intellectual property
litigation, transactions and counseling
throughout the United States, entertainment and
products liability. Mr. Patrick has extensive
experience in all aspects of litigation,
including intellectual property, environmental,
telecommunications and white collar crime. Mr.
Patrick's litigation experience has also led to
transactional and counseling matters, including
a wide range of intellectual property and
entertainment agreements, trademark prosecution
and protection, anti-trust and competition
counseling, privacy and
anti-counterfeiting/anti-infringement
strategies. He regularly contributes to
numerous publications on the topics of
intellectual property, entertainment/sports and
environmental law, including pieces in The
Licensing Journal, IP Litigator, Hartford
Business Journal, Climate Change Law &
Policy Reporter and Environmental
Liabilities, Enforcement and Penalties Reporter.
Mr. Patrick received his B.A. from the
University of Virginia in 2001 where he majored
in Government with a concentration in political
theory and J.D. from the George Washington
University in 2004. Prior to joining the firm,
Mr. Patrick was an associate with a major
Manhattan-based firm. He is admitted to
